Our phone lines will close each day between 12:00 and 1:30. If you have an urgent query between these times that cannot wait until 1:30 please call 01724 747257. Please note that this is an emergency line and should not be used for routine queries. You will be asked to call back if your query is not urgent. The surgery remains open for patients during this time.

Please note that the surgery will close at 1pm on the second Wednesday of each month for staff training.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
