Our over 75 co-ordinator is Lynn Smith (pictured below.) She is there to help with appointments and prescriptions, give advice on social care, signpost patients to different services, help patients gain the confidence to socialise with others and to offer general support.

Lynn also offers a telephone befriending service, to patients over 75 living alone who may feel socially isolated or just want someone to chat to. This has been greatly received and has really benefited the patients involved.
